Terms: FOB and CIF (Incoterms 2020). DDP means you own destination duty, VAT, failed clearance, and abandonment. Do not sell DDP without local capability. Into China, the buyer or their import agent is the named consignee, not this platform; HS and CCC/CIQ still apply. Nobody here promises clearance.
Insurance: at least ICC(A). Demurrage, detention, and destination THC belong on the PI, not on a messenger after arrival.
